Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. There might be delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Frozen Food 
Due to the difficulty in preserving frozen food as a return, we are unable to accept any returns on frozen products. Frozen products purchased and shipped are non-refundable & final sale.  We charge a flat rate of $60 to ship frozen food since it requires dry ice, special packaging, and more expensive shipping rates. If you add non-frozen products to your cart with frozen products, the shipping costs will stack with our standard shipping costs for the non-frozen products as the packages are shipped separately. You need to be home in order to receive the package, as it is perishable. We will additionally not accept refunds if you are not home to place the frozen food into your home.




Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for orders over $25.00 within a 25 mile radius. Currently, delivery orders can only be placed by calling the store at 561-241-9151. Delivery fee varies by zip code based on distance and is provided on the phone while placing your order.

Deliveries are made from 10:00 AM-5:00 PM on Monday - Friday.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1000 Clint Moore Road, Suite 106, Boca Raton, FL 33487. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready.

Our in-store pickup hours are during our normal hours as listed on our About Us page on the website. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@holisticpetcuisine.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
